Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are standard and designed to enhance your e-shopping experience and make it as easy and secure as possible and they apply to the use of the Deepa Mann-Kler website. Ordering
Before placing an order you must make sure that all details you provide to deepamannkler.com are accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.  All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. All prices listed are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched within 7 working days.  However, as we rely on the artist to personally sign all items, this date may slip if she is out of the country.  In such cases, we undertake to contact you to discuss the delay. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Refund Policy
You have standard statutory rights and the right to a cooling-off period. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with deepamannkler.com. Occasionally though you may want to return an item. You can do this under the 14-day returns guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. By law, customers in the EU also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact at deepamannkler@gmail.com .  Package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. It is recommended that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP. You are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge - we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
